Across suburbs such as Maroochydore, Kuluin, Bli Bli and Palmview, we are continuing to see strong interest from a diverse mix of buyers.
Local families are looking to upgrade their homes, first home buyers are actively entering the market and interstate purchasers remain attracted to the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. With stock levels still relatively tight in many pockets, quality homes are often selling quickly when they hit the market.
Open home attendance has remained steady, with many buyers coming through inspections well prepared and finance approved. This has helped create healthy competition for desirable properties.

The proposed $60 million waterpark will feature multiple waterslides, pools, family attractions and hospitality venues, adding another exciting lifestyle destination for locals and visitors alike. The project is expected to attract hundreds of thousands of visitors annually and contribute significantly to the Sunshine Coast tourism economy while creating local employment opportunities.
