Looking Back on 2025: A Year of Milestones and Momentum


As a real estate agent on the Sunshine Coast, December is always a time when I pause, reflect, and appreciate the incredible people, properties and opportunities I’ve been fortunate to work with over the year. 2025 has been one of the most rewarding years of my career, both personally and professionally, and I’m truly grateful for the continued support from homeowners, buyers and the local community.

Achievements That Made This Year Special

This year I was honoured to be named a 2025 RateMyAgent Award Winner, a recognition that means so much because it’s based on genuine client feedback. I’m also incredibly proud to have surpassed 200 client reviews, with more than 70 received in the last 12 months, while helping over 50 families successfully sell their home this year alone.

Those 50+ sales weren’t just transactions, they represented a wide range of properties across Kuluin, Maroochydore and the broader Sunshine Coast. From family homes exceeding expectations, to downsizers securing fantastic outcomes, to first-time sellers navigating the process with confidence, each sale had its own strategy and momentum. Buyer demand remained deep throughout the year and many properties attracted strong competition early in the campaign. This reinforced the importance of clear communication, structured negotiation and strong marketing, which are three things I prioritise every listing.

I was also proud to finish the year as the #1 Ranked agent in Kuluin on realestate.com.au, a suburb I’m genuinely passionate about and where I’ve built strong relationships with owners, buyers and local families. Kuluin continues to be one of the standout pockets of the Sunshine Coast market.

Giving back to the Community – TOWN.

One initiative I’m extremely proud to be part of is the TOWN Community Fund. It’s our way of giving back to the community we live and work in.

This year alone, we’ve raised over $60,000, all of which goes towards supporting community initiatives across the Sunshine Coast. Our mission is simple, to create real and meaningful impact for the people who make this region such a special place.

One of the highlight sales of the year was 4 Tringa Court, which generated impressive interest from day one. The result highlighted how competitive Kuluin has become and showcased the value of a well-executed, strategy-driven campaign.

A Feature Listing: 2/5 Maroochy Waters Drive, Maroochydore

A key listing highlight was 2/5 Maroochy Waters Drive, Maroochydore. A beautifully positioned duplex near the river that drew strong early enquiry. With demand for properties for sale in Maroochydore at record levels, this campaign emphasised just how sought after the area remains for buyers across the Coast.
